Hellobar Is Still Cool…Want One?

Hey, party people. We’re still rocking one of those “Hellobars.” And you can, too…

Hellobar Helps Japan

Love it when the tech community helps in ways big and little…

After the Japan Earthquake last week, just about everyone is asking how they can help.

Our friends at Hellobar stepped in – their tool can be seen on the top of this site, that red bar with the link on it.

Hellobar has been running their own bar with a link to the American Red Cross, and we’ve decided to do the same.

If you want to get your own Hellobar to use on your site, we have a few more invites – you can use it for whatever reason you wish, just visit our FB fan page and “like” us. We’ll get you a beta invite.

Prayers to our Japanese friends, who need just about everything at this time of great need.

Get Your Own Hellobar

To celebrate that awesome thing up there called the “Hellobar,” we’ve got a few invites to hand out.

First, background. The little bar at the top of this page, above the “Header” where you see “Area 224,” my name and my 40-year old face, is called the “Hellobar.”

Developed by the good folks at Digital Telepathy, it is all sorts of awesome. Some of the big boys use it. (See how Chris Brogan employs it here: http://www.chrisbrogan.com/.)

Web friend Mike Stenger has been using it for awhile, and he said he had an invite he could score for me.

So we got it up and running with very little effort; and there’s even a WordPress Plugin!

When we found out that these same Digital Telepathy guys and gals worked with Tim Ferriss, that sealed the deal. (See shining examples on the 4-Hour Body Web Page.)
