		<description>Thanks for the comment. And no, I&#039;m not advocating the elimination of PR and IR positions. But SMM is less likely to be siloed than PR, and more tied to immediate revenue potential than IR.</description>

Public companies need a social media face, much like you used to, and still do need a pr face. They&#039;re not the same, you need them not to be. With how quickly information spreads these days, it is vital to be able to control it, or at the least, put your hands on it.</description>
