Final thought: I&#039;ll argue that anyone who calls their blog &quot;Joy of Human Capital&quot; is already someone hardwired to think differently! That&#039;s a good thing...</description>

		<description>Dave, I agree with all of the above. I think all of it applies even more to online material. I find online to be an even more unforgiving medium than print; with my own blog, I&#039;m always struggling to apply your remedies #1 and #2. Your remedies are not easy but highly worthwhile!</description>
